Submit a New Study

If you are in the process of opening a clinical trial at the University of Washington or our partner institutions with anticipated hospital or professional services performed at UW Medicine or Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, please submit your study by clicking on the Submit Study button. This is the single intake process and form for all central offices, including UW CTO, Fred Hutch CRS, and CTMS Program Office.
